Kevin Stoneburner - Visionary Collier County Developer

Kevin Stoneburner is president of the Stoneburner Companies, the developer of Bayfront. In this role, he sets the tone for an entrepreneurial spirit, centered on an uncompromising commitment to the principles of business integrity, community responsibility and strong customer service.

These principles are guiding the developed of Bayfront, the firm's mixed used centerpiece in downtown Naples. Stoneburner has, without compromise, applied these principals to every commercial project and residential project that he has managed in over a quarter century of development in Collier County.

Stoneburner Companies were founded in 1980, and during the past 27 years, have developed retail centers, office buildings and multi-family and single family residential communities. Bayfront is a mixed-use development of mid-rise residential, world-class dining, retail and art galleries overlooking the Gordon River on the Naples waterfront.

Mr. Stoneburner has lived in Naples since 1968 and graduated from Florida State University. He has more than 30 years' experience in management and development.

Stoneburner is known throughout Collier County for his leadership and support of many community organizations, including serving on the board for the new YMCA building. He has served on the board of other various civic organizations.
